Special Hugs

Hugs are wonderful you see,
They make you feel good,
Warm, loved and funny.
It's a blessing to know,
When trials touch our lives,
A hug will calm the storm.



When tears fill our eyes,
A hug will wipe them dry.
When the hurt is so bad,
A hug can be a simple cure.
It's nice to receive a hug and to give a hug,
Whether it be a physical hug,
Or in words like "{{{HUGS}}}"



A simple hug can be given
Any time, for no reason at all.
A hug can say, "You're Special"
Or to say, "I Care"



A BIG bear hug
Like the ones from daddies and grandpa's;
Well, their just plain fun to give and receive.



A gentle cub hug
Like mommy and grandma gives,
Well they just make us feel good.
So no matter the reason,
Give a hug just because.
